The Big Ox
For only the bravest! We serve 3 one-third oz. ground sirloin patties (that's right! a oz. of beef!) on top of 3 pieces of thick-cut Texas toast. Then we smother it with our own special cheese sauce and top it off with a pile of crispy Idaho french fries. Not recommended for wimps!
Traditional Horseshoe
If you've never had a Horseshoe, then you've never really been in Springfield, Illinois. 2 third-pound beef patties served upon 2 pieces of toast and smothered in our own cheese sauce, then covered with Idaho french fries.
